Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Fluent in Business English (both written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:
Shelving and Merchandising:
- Maintain shelf control according to store and shelving plans
- Pack shelves in line with store flow and merchandising standards
- Ensure fridges are properly stocked and maintained
- Follow shelf layouts as per provided plans (plans or generic shelf sets)
- Update product price labels as needed
- Place and maintain point-of-sale materials in their designated positions
- Keep relevant administrative records related to product displays and stock management
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with:
- Store Management
- Area Managers (AM)
- Head Office (HO)
- Customers
- Fellow Merchandisers
