Tasks
Graduates accepted into this programme will perform the following key duties:
- Relationship Management Support:
- Assist the Relationship Manager in handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage portfolio-related activities, including operational compliance
- Aid in credit execution and portfolio reporting
- Client Engagement and Fulfillment:
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients
- Provide high-end, differentiated services tailored to business needs
- Ensure all compliance requirements within the portfolio are fully met
- Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Contribute to the retention and growth of high-value Premium & Growth Segment clients
- Leverage analytical insights to identify opportunities and present premium solutions
- Collaborate across teams using an ecosystem mindset to meet client targets
Internship programs
Qualifications
To be eligible for the programme, candidates must possess or be completing one of the following FAIS-accredited undergraduate or honours qualifications by 31 December 2025:
- BCom in Accounting
- BCom in Finance
- BCom in Economics
- BCom in Agricultural Economics
- BCom in Economic Sciences (with Agricultural Economics and Risk Management)
- BSc in Agriculture (Agricultural Economic Analysis)
Experience
- No more than 12 months of formal work experience post-graduation
- Must be a South African Citizen
